My mom was never disappointed with her service. I came to Nikki yesterday for the first time, April 15, 2023. I was very pleased and it was nice seeing her, as I would go with my mom to get her eyebrows done. Nikki informed me that I thought I looked familiar and to tell my mom she said hi. The second my appointment was done, I texted my mom. Nikki treated my mom with respect and great customer service, I knew that I was going to receive the same service. Not only is Nikki a master at what she does, she’s so accommodating and flexible and is always willing to work me in when I’m late. There has never been an instance in all the time I have went to her were I was not beyond pleased with how I looked afterwards. What I appreciate most about Nikki, aside from her stellar services, is how kind and welcoming she is every single time! I’ve mainly been to Nikki to have my eyebrows serviced, initially it was waxing and then I made the jump to micro-blading. I was very hesitant and kind of scared about micro-blading, but Nikki reassured me and made the whole process simple and joyful. Nikki’s got a forever customer in me <3! read less

She is very welcoming, kind, and professional. Every time you walk into her salon you are greeted with warmth. I typically get my eyebrows and lip done every four weeks. The service takes about fifteen minutes. You definitely need to book in advance because she is booked quickly. On another occasion I did get a facial.
